I have ordered my wedding florals well in advance but I have changed my mind on style, can I change my order?

- Generally yes, as long as there is enough notice and the florals haven't already been ordered yet. I will always try my best to accomodate changes. 

How far in advance can I book florals with Three Roses?

- Up to 2 years! 6 months notice at a minimum is ideal.

What deposit is required to lock I my floral order?

- Once we have done a consult (via messenger, email, zoom, in person etc), you will get a mood board created by Three Roses and a consult sheet, outlining your order (or if you have not finalised your colour scheme this will come at a later date). Then it is 40% of the total invoice to secure your date. If you do not know the quantities yet or you are unsure still, but want to secure your date then an agreed dollar amount will be made. 

If my wedding is cancelled can I get my deposit back?

- Unfortunately I am unable to refund any deposits within 12 months of your wedding as we would have locked that date in for you, and may not fill it again. If it is before 12 months out please touch base - I always try to help!

What if my wedding is postponed due to covid or any other reason?

- Your order will be transferred to the new date, please just touch base as soon as you can. 

Can I pay for my flowers using AfterPay?

- YES! That is one of the main reasons we offer this service. Just let us know and we will creating a listing on the website for you.

I have ordered a floral frame keepsake, how do I ship my flowers to you?

- You can pick up a box from Warehouse stationary or the post office, then use tissue paper or paper towels and ship them to us here at 14 Ashview Place Rangiora 7400. Three Roses cannot control how a courier handles your package from you to us.

How long is turn around on the frame?

It all depends on if you florals are already dried when they arrive to me or if I need to take them a part and dry them. Usually within the month.

Will you send me photos of my flowers prior to me receiving them?

Usually we try to, but we also work as closely to the mood board as possible. You will still hear from us throughout the creation process.

Three Roses is a sole trader small business based in Rangiora North Canterbury. 

Please be aware that we cannot control the couriers but we do keep an eye on any parcels that leave our premises until they get to you. 

We try and match the mood board as closely as possible, souring the most high quality blooms from NZ Suppliers.

Cancellation can be made over 12 months out from your wedding for a deposit refund.
